Are the aluminum windows and doors on your web site the only ones you sell? No, there are over 400 standard designs. Plus, we offer custom design and custom color to suit your needs. Do you do custom fitting? Florida’s Best® is designed for retrofits—our aluminum windows and doors can be custom built to fit your openings, making the installation easier and cheaper, and keeping more money in your pocket. Do you charge for an estimate? No, we don’t. Call 305 725-5359, and we’ll come to you. Once the measurements are taken, you’ll receive our quote within 3 days. What is your turn-around time? Turn-around time for delivery of aluminum windows from the factory is typically 4 weeks. On aluminum doors, typically 6 weeks. What about the deposit and the payment? Once agreement on price is reached, we require a 50 % deposit to activate your order. The balance is due upon delivery of the product. What is energy-efficient glass? We use 7/16” laminated glass on our standard window and door units which reflects the ultra violet rays. Rooms will get the sunlight but the heat is reflected back out. The result is cooler rooms, therefore less air-conditioning which ultimately results in lower utility costs. We meet the National Fenestration Rating Council values for all our glass types Who are your main customers? Our client list includes single family homeowners, architects and developers; and Home Owner Associations of low-rise apartment buildings. Which areas do you serve?
